With 21 years of marine studies and fish keeping experience, ten years working working with and around aquariums for a living and a passion for chemistry, combined with studies and life in the tropics, having the opportunity to do my own Field work with wild reefs. I wanted to create top quality products that helped myself at home and in the store front maintain thousands of gallons of water. My attention came to water quality for the marine tank. I found my main focus; as many people’s main focus, controlling Nutrients. As a result of over two years producing and testing my own recipes with nitrate reducing ingredients, I thought it was time to share my products with others. Tried and tested on my own reef tanks which have a very controlled environment and having great success. I started maintaining reef quality conditions in all of the marine tanks I maintain under the very intense conditions of the marine retail market. Hundreds of gallons of water, huge fish loads, hundreds of sps and lps corals coming and going, water chemistry maintenance daily. I notice something... nitrates and phosphates were dropping in these tanks as well. Corals not only being maintained... but thriving! Every polyp open, intense colors naturally appearing and the corals growing more rapidly then I ever though possible.
